Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where appropriate.

Refunds

If approved:

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was shipped.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Late or Missing Refunds
